Business Office, Office Manager, and/or HR Assistant Experience a Plus+

A few details about the role:

• Supervise the concierge team including hiring, termination, disciplinary, scheduling and all duties related to supervising team members.

• Responsible for entering fixed asset requests in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for approval.

• Print and distribute monthly resident statements and guide residents to centralized billing for support with questions.

• Gathers, compiles, verifies, and analyzes information for the executive's use in memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, etc.

• Provide support and backup to other teams in areas such as human resources, customer service, operations, marketing, and sales.

• Coordinates meetings including large, complex meetings that span multiple days, locations, and departments.

• High degree of Confidentiality required.

• Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents for various audiences and stakeholders.

• Monitors and reviews expenditures related to department's budget.

• Minimum of two years supervisory or administrative experience in healthcare.
