CCMC currently has a full-time Community Standards Inspector 2 position at Celebration in Celebration, FL!

The Community Standards Inspector 2 will be primarily responsible for both implementing and enforcing the CC&Rs for CROA through the Covenants and ARC process. Assisting the Community Standards team to fulfill these overall responsibilities this candidate will also be required to do daily inspections and re-inspections of ARC resident applications and covenants items.

Additional responsibilities will be administrative desk work, sending emails to residents about minor and urgent items, resale inspections/pictures and looking into/taking pictures responding to homeowners concerns. The Community Standards Inspector 2 will also be required to work two weekend days per month and one evening shift a week to observe and document community violations outside office hours. Additional duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have effective communications skills both written and orally, the ability to form strong relationships, positive demonstration of conflict resolution and a strong working knowledge of Adobe and MS Windows, Outlook Excel and Word. Must possess a valid FL driver's license with a clear record and current vehicle insurance.

Also a working knowledge of the violation and fine process, and experience in a Community Association setting is preferred. Any design/landscaping is a plus!

VIEW JOBS 10/20/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-01-18T00:00 POSITION OBJECTIVE The Community Liaison and Events Coordinator is responsible for implementing and leading an aggressive sales and marketing plan in the Central Florida community to promote the services, facilities and benefits of Club membership to multiple target markets. Candidate should be able to think broadly and analyze the Club's position and industry trends to make appropriate recommendations to the Director of Membership & General Manager. In addition, coordinate the preparation, organization, and implementation of member, promotional, and membership marketing events at Reunion to attract and retain Members. May also provide backup administrative support in all areas of the membership department. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Sales Responsibilities: * Engages in outbound sales efforts to local communities and businesses through networking, attending business association functions, referrals from existing business clients, and lead generation to include a minimum average of 10 calls per day. * Responsible for achieving sales/profit goals. * Develops and maintains relationships with existing Members, fellow Service Professionals, builders, and realtors to obtain referrals and provide lead generation. * Provides property tours in an effort to sell the merits of the club's facilities to prospects. * Works with the Director of Membership and regional team to create marketing materials and collateral. * Assists Director of Membership in developing sales budgets and marketing plans including sales strategies. * Works with operations and golf personnel to ensure that they understand and are able to deliver the level of service and product that we are selling. * Develops and executes a professional sales presentation, which highlights the benefits of membership. * Communicates pertinent membership information and policy changes to realtors, potential members and existing members. * Evaluates market reactions to membership programs. Ensures that timely adjustments of marketing strategies and plans are proactively formulated and implemented to meet changing markets and competitive conditions. * Utilizes CRM tool to effectively manage and maximize our contact database for lead follow up, and communication. * Sets up new accounts and makes changes to existing accounts in JONAS as necessary. * Responsible for understanding the process and refunding Membership Deposits. * Provides Director of Membership with a weekly report summarizing all marketing and sales efforts including a call sheet. * Participates in promotional/outside activities that are judged appropriate by the Director of Membership to enhance the presence of the property in the local community. Member Event Planning and Execution: * Plans and executes promotional and membership marketing events at Reunion. * Plans and executes routine and special member events, including assisting with recreation, tennis and pickle ball, spa and golf events to increase one or all of the following: * Member usage and participation * Member satisfaction level * Gross revenues * Works with Catering and Conference Services, Encore, review BEO's and REO's, * Requests vendor quotes, finalizes vendor arrangements, obtains all needed contracts, invoices, W9's and Certificates of Insurance and handles check requests and final payments related to Member and marketing events. * Process all necessary paperwork associated with events, including PO's, BEO's, REO's, check requests and ancillary paperwork such as COI's, vendor releases, etc. * Maintains a high profile with the existing membership by hosting and attending Club functions and other activities, such as golfing, which are attended by members. * Works on special projects and contributes ideas to the growth of the department. * Performs other related duties as assigned by the Director of Membership. * Performs job responsibilities and operates equipment according to the company safety and training programs. * Reports safety or hazard concerns to management. * Reports any on the job injury to management. * Takes personal responsibility for safety every day. May include some or all of the following, under the direction of the Director of Membership: * Assists the team with the entire houseguest card process, including sending confirmation to member of houseguest form receipt, continuous follow-up with members and guests when forms have not been received, tracking of houseguest days for all members on an annual basis, and timely billing of houseguest fees and late charges. * Assists with the Lessee Program, including setting up new accounts and tracking lease terms. * Assists the team with the Extended Family Conversions, including running reports to determine members who need to be changed, sending notification letters and actually changing status. * Assists the team with member communications as needed, including the monthly membership newsletter, weekly eblasts, Member's Only website, Membership Monthly, Clubhouse monitor and potentially, social media and a Membership Directory. * Compiles and distributes (by mail, when necessary) New Member Welcome Packages and forwards information received on new Members to appropriate departments. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS * Minimum of 2 to 3 years sales experience with a proven track record of success * Solid and provable promotional and sales skills * Highly motivated, goal driven and self-starter * Excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills * Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Good knowledge of computer use, especially in social networking, word processing and data files.
