Community Service Officer Supervisor

This position supervises a group of Community Service Officers, performs administrative duties, and fills the CSO role when necessary. Subordinate officers perform a variety of public safety and community service work that does not require the enforcement authority of a sworn police officer.

This position will assign, direct, monitor and evaluate the work of subordinates; conduct field observations; train and advise subordinates; compile and produce statistical and activity reports. This position has a noticeable impact in creating and fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
