The Division of Community and Behavioral Health Services is accepting applications for Community Service Aide for a Municipal Alliance Coordinator.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Under supervision, performs a variety of office work involved in community-oriented programs funded through the Governor's Council on Substance Use Disorder (GCSUD):
Compiles, organizes, and files documentation to ensure adequate record keeping
Assist in documentation file reviews and reimbursement requests analyzing for completeness
Tracking of documents and emails
Creates letters, emails, and other documents for dissemination related to community-orientated programs
Enter payment requests and other invoices into the accounts payable system
Works in conjunction with the Purchasing, Treasurer's Office, and Commissioners Office for delivery and/or retrieval of time sensitive documents.
Complete program monitoring of projects to ensure appropriate implementation of programs
Organization/scheduling of funding review and committee meetings
Review and assess applications and plans for GCSUD and County funding
Assist with mandatory reporting
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Qualifications
Appointees will be required to possess a valid New Jersey driver's license.
