Job Summary

The Site-Level Community School Coordinator oversees the implementation of the community school strategy at the site level by conducting comprehensive needs assessments, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and developing strategic plans to enhance academic outcomes. The Site-Level Community School Coordinator initiates and sustains programs aligned with the strategic plan, optimally utilizing community resources to address critical needs and promote long-term solutions. Ultimately, their work aims to improve academic achievement, transform schools, and remove barriers to learning for all students. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate's Degree in a related field, and three (3) years of experience working in non-profit, educational, or community-organizing or support organizations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience as required by the "Every Student Succeeds Act 2015": - High school diploma or equivalent AND: - Associate's degree in a related field

• Salary Placement: External candidates cannot place past step D. Internal candidates will be placed based on CSEA Article VIII (8) of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
