Schedule: Full Time

Shift : Hours vary due to the nature of community events. Some nights, fairly consistent weekends but flexibility during the week.

The community you'll be caring for:

• Join a family of caregivers focused on whole-person health and committed to making communities healthier.

• Provide wholistic care for patients that extends to the spiritual level by praying with patients and families. Chaplains are available to meet with patients, families and team members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide spiritual support.

• Help develop a brand new $150 million community hospital and medical office building that will provide services such as Emergency Services, Medical/Surgical, ICU, Women's Services, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Interventional Cardiology and Gastroenterology.

The role you'll contribute:

The Community Relations Manager oversees community outreach and community relations activities in order to build strategic partnerships between the organization and communities.

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Represents the organization and speaks to groups and individuals regarding departmental activities and services as an active member of designated community organizations

• Manages strategies and directions to represent the organization favorably in the community

• Makes recommendation on how to improve the relations between the organization and communities

• Supervises the entire implementation of charitable contributions program, including getting the approval, screening requests for budget and directing the disbursement of funds

• Performs other duties as assigned

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree
• 3 years experience in community outreach, activities, fundraising
• 2 years Leadership Experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field

• Five years of community outreach, activities, fundraising experience

• Three years of leadership/management experience
