Community Receptionist (Homecoming At The Resort)

COMMUNITY RECEPTIONIST - Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Lewis Apartment Communities has an immediate opening for a full-time Community Receptionist at our beautiful property, Homecoming at The Resort.

In your new career, you will provide professional front-desk greeting, administration and energetic customer service to potential and current apartment community residents at one of our large, upscale communities in Chino, CA. You will be the first step in providing the best in customer service to residents within Lewis' Inland Empire apartment communities.

Responsibilities would include:

• Front-desk administration

• Phones and email correspondence

• Calendar management

• Stocking of brochures and other marketing materials

• Interacting with leasing consultants and community managers.

• Assisting with other community projects/events as needed

Professionalism, polish and personality are key to joining our expanding team of Inland Empire professionals. Previous experience in an upscale retail, receptionist, or sales environments is a plus!

Please note: The hours for this position are 9:00am-6:00pm. Weekend work is REQUIRED.

Additional qualifications would include excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking, attention to detail, prioritization, and a working knowledge of computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Office, etc.).
