Plans, organizes, and supervises all assigned clinical and program services and staff. Ensures appropriate supervision and case consultation for clinical and non-clinical staff including overseeing and supporting professional staff development. Supervises within established clinical quality standards and quality management plan protocols.
Experience with staff coaching, mentoring, and evaluation, demonstrated skill in facilitating change management, and fostering a strong team environment.
Experience with developing and implementing various service delivery modes, innovation, program evaluation, and program refinement.
Experience with process improvement methodologies including Lean, continuous improvement, etc.
Ability to view and articulate a strategic perspective and take action based on strategic vision and goals.
Ability to create synergy from multi-disciplinary team members and community partners.
Ability to address challenges with a solution based orientation.
Clearly and transparently communicates program and operational issues.
Experience working with community based partners to address social determinants of health.
Ability to maintain the interest and needs of the target population as the highest priority.
