Job Summary:
Working within the Department of Psychiatry supporting several behavioral health evidence-based training projects, this individual is responsible for the supporting Project Coordinators and Managers in multiple evidence-based training projects. Plans and organizes registration for multiple mental health training workshops to include in-person, virtual and/ or webinars. Consults with users accessing multiple online training websites and assists via email and telephone to problem solve, as needed. Prepares for training by acquiring handouts from subject matter experts, organizing attendee list, and assuring clinical pre-requisites are met for attendees. Will conduct monthly webinars and may oversee virtual trainings. Attends in-person behavioral health workshops across Texas to assist in training execution, gathering registration information, and assisting trainer, attendees and hosting site as needed. Act as liaison with local and state behavioral health agencies. Maintains Continuing Education credit training documentation for current projects including CEU contracts trainer CV/Resume, agendas, learning objectives, and evaluations.
Work Location: Remote, plus 15% travel within Texas. Applicant must reside in Texas.
Job Duties:

Provides support or assistance to behavioral health providers accessing multiple online training websites through calls, surveys, chats, and emails.
Maintains accurate and timely documentation of registration and attendance data for reporting/auditing purposes.
Serves as liaison between local and state behavioral health agencies.
Maintains continuing education records for implementation projects.
Performs all other duties as assigned
Education:
Bachelor's degree in social science or related field is required.
Experience:
Two (2) years related experience is required.
