Community Office Manager

Job Summary:

The Community Office Manager (COM) is an essential member of the residence hall community who oversees and directly supervises the front desk staff with the support of the Residential Operations Manager (ROM). The COM is generally responsible for assisting their CA team, residents, and SHaRE staff such that the front desk operations run smoothly. The COM also develops and facilitates professional development curriculum with the support of the ROM for their staff. The COM is an important liaison between CAs and SHaRE/campus partners - often taking on multiple roles and tasks to meet individual building and departmental needs.
