The Community Manager is responsible for engaging the social communities, including:

  • Monitoring and responding according to guidelines

  • Reporting, analysis and ongoing insights and recommendations to build and foster the community and relationships

  • Collaboration and development of content with the team

Required Skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Excellent presentation skills required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Interest in social and emerging media

  • Understanding of social media tools and capabilities, including:

  • Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, etc)

  • Management tools (Spredfast, Sprinklr, etc.)

  • Digital monitoring

  • Influencer outreach

  • Social media measurement/analytics

Required Experience

  • Two to three years of experience in a digital marketing environment

  • Specific hands-on experience with social marketing channels

  • Demonstrated success with client relationships, team management and business development

Responsibilities As a Assistant Program Manager - Community Engagement with Hines, you will provide project management support and direction for Amazon's contributions to the downtown & SLU community through neighborhood activations, cultivating local public sponsorship opportunities, and supporting metric-driven change to the retail district. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Provide prompt and courteous response to Amazon employees and client requests within the guidelines set forth * Maintain inventory of sponsorship groups and upcoming local activation opportunities * Identify resources needed to execute project plan * Prioritize project schedules as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements * Support social media efforts to promote Amazon's owned retail district and sponsored activations * Quality assurance over vendor partners and activation execution * Develop and provide all training materials and activation details as required * Create proposals for projects including step by step timeline and estimated budget * Generate, track, and maintain purchase orders for approved spend * Communicate effectively and work strategically with various teams across Amazon and internal partners * Produce work flow diagrams, prototypes, graphics and communications relating to programming * Manage and communicate out key metrics to critical stakeholders Qualifications Minimum Requirements include: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution * Three or more years relevant experience preferred * Experience in Marketing, Community Outreach and Public Relations a plus * Experience in People Management * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Closing Hines is a privately owned global real estate investment firm founded in 1957 with a presence in 207 cities in 24 countries.
