The Community Manager is responsible for engaging the social communities, including:

  • Monitoring and responding according to guidelines

  • Reporting, analysis and ongoing insights and recommendations to build and foster the community and relationships

  • Collaboration and development of content with the team

Required Skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Excellent presentation skills required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Fortitude to stay calm under pressure

  • Interest in social and emerging media

  • Understanding of social media tools and capabilities, including:

  • Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, etc)

  • Management tools (Spredfast, Sprinklr, etc.)

  • Digital monitoring

  • Influencer outreach

  • Social media measurement/analytics

Required Experience

  • Two to three years of experience in a digital marketing environment

  • Specific hands-on experience with social marketing channels

  • Demonstrated success with client relationships, team management and business development

Responsibilities As a Assistant Program Manager - Community Engagement with Hines, you will provide project management support and direction for Amazon's contributions to the downtown & SLU community through neighborhood activations, cultivating local public sponsorship opportunities, and supporting metric-driven change to the retail district.
