We've been passionately working on the future of last-mile transportation for nearly a decade. In 2011, our team co-founded Boosted and helped design the first portable electric vehicle to use modern EV motor and battery systems.
We believe in working together with transportation departments and were the first permitted system of our kind in the country. Our DNA is rooted in solving problems by listening to and working with agencies, community groups and riders.
Skip is immediately hiring for roles across software and hardware engineering, product, government relations and ground operations as we rapidly expand across the country.
Build relationships with our customers through support, outreach, and events
Handle our daily customer support inquiries via phone and email
Keep our fleet operations team up to date on any customer-reported issues with the scooters
Report to local and national management about types of issues, frequency, and resolutions
Establish partnerships with local businesses who want the presence of our scooters nearby
Plan events that will grow our customer base
Attend community meetings where people are interested in learning more about our system
High energy & enthusiasm for helping people
Superb oral and written communication skills
Strong interest in consumer app technologies, brand building, corporate reputation management, mobility, and sustainability are a big plus
