Senior Customer Service Representative/Community Manager

The actions and service provided by the Senior CSR/Community Manager are the catalyst for providing customers with a reason to come to Regus and the reasons to stay with Regus. The Senior CSR/Community Manager maintains the full operational functions of a centre, whilst serving as a backup for the Area Manager by conducting centre tours when needed.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Lead by example creating a strong ethos of customer service throughout the team.

  • Drive customer retention through great service and focused customer engagement.

  • Maximise customer satisfaction results (NPS) through regular customer engagement and the highest levels of centre standards.

  • Handle customer concerns, coordinating questions through to prompt resolution with the Global Service Centre (GSC) team on behalf of the customers.

  • Ensure your customers are invoiced accurately and payments are collected on time.

  • Hold regular community events in your centre.

  • Serve as the primary backup for the Area or General Manager including (as needed) conducting customer needs analysis meetings, and taking customers on tours.

  • Ensure that all daily service charges are captured and entered into the billing system on a daily basis.

  • Support new company initiatives, including the implementation of new tools and systems to improve efficiency.

  • Ensure that the centre is 'show ready' at all times.

Experience required

  • Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both local language and English (written and oral).

  • Professional communication skills with a high success rate in building and maintaining relationships.

  • Solid organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and multi task in a demanding environment.

  • Proven success in self lead generation and business development.

  • Commercial, highly results driven.

  • Previous P&L exposure.

  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

  • Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.

  • A desire and passion to beat the competition and win.

  • Pragmatic - Ability to be hands-on as well as strategic and be a trouble-shooter when the business need deems it appropriate to do so.

The project manager is responsible for the ultimate satisfaction and quality delivery of multiple initiatives within the enterprise portfolio. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * Develops, leads and facilitates creation and/or adoption of a program management office for the IT department as needed. Specific work will require establishment and definition of project management tools, templates, processes and metrics in order to measure and improve program delivery across the team * Plan, lead, organize and control multiple project initiatives according to agreed upon scope, schedule and budget targets * Define and manage project scope and accompanying work effort required to successfully deliver expected results within allotted budget and timeframe * Plan and define work effort required * Establish course and fine grained work plans using MS Project or commensurate project planning and management tool * Perform ongoing risk and issues identification and mitigation throughout the life-cycle of the project * Establish appropriate project controls and governance processes in order to guarantee successful delivery against agreed upon cost, schedule and scope constraints * Establish, manage and control project resources, financials, schedule and scope in order to deliver results * Prepare, package and present weekly project dashboard reporting and steering committee presentation materials as needed. Project dashboard reporting will include the instrumentation required to successfully monitor, manage and control: cost, schedule, scope, resources, vendor, issues and risk indicators. * Lead project meetings and drive accountability for all SDLC deliverables; facilitate effective communication between and amongst project team and key stakeholders. * Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications. * Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operational requirements and system goals, and identify and resolve system issues. Position Requirements Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required. * Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred * Minimimum of two years relevant experience managing cross-functional, complex, IT projects. * Demonstrated ability to interface successfully with all levels of the organization. * Ability to balance competing priorities and meet business outcomes * At least five years of overall IT experience. Working Relationships: * Will interact with all employees of the IT department on a regular basis as well as other cross-functional team-members at the Administrative Offices. Requires: the ability to sit at a computer for hours at a time (with some bending and stooping) and travel to Centers (if so, the noise level is moderate and there is potential for exposure to infectious diseases and blood-borne pathogens).
