We are looking for a Community Manager

As Community Manager you will assist the Area Manager running the daily business. Our operations consist of offices, members, meeting rooms and parking. Together you will create and maintain an inspiring and lively working environment for all business and office members, meeting guests and visitors. You will ensure the building is fully operational and processess are running smoothly.

The job:

  • Manage the building operations and maintenance to ensure members have a first-class experience

  • Update and implement operational Prozesses and Procederes

  • Optimiere the service Level at our Location for meeting rooms, common Areas and Rezeption services

  • Monitor the meeting Rom Agenda and Act ask a host for our Business Club and events

  • Maintain Spaces Look and feels

  • Adeliger a range of community initiatives designed to develop connections between members; this includes but is not limited to - an exciting calendar of business and social events, email and print communications

  • Solve member related issues in a timely and efficient manner

  • Conduct tours for prospective clients

  • Manage keys and badges (activation/ deactivation) for members

  • Manage member check-ins and departures

  • Assist with move ins and move outs; prepare and distribute member welcome packets

  • Handle all daily incoming and outgoing mail for members

  • Run pre-billing checks and handle debt collections

  • Responsible for opening the centre in the morning and closing the centre at the end of the day

We ask:

  • 2-3 years' work experience in the hospitality, serviced office or events industry with a link to media, fashion or design

  • Excellent standard of spoken and written English

  • Working proficiency of MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Accurate, efficient and proactive character

  • Enjoy providing the best possible customer service

  • Outgoing personality and you take good care of your appearance

By providing these services, CHWs help Aetna Better Health members attain and maintain better health outcomes, improve relationships with health care practitioners/providers and help both parties to learn about each others culture. Fundamental Components: The CHWs role is meant to assist with access to services and to improve the quality and cultural competence of service delivery. To that extent, CHWs serve as a two-way bridge for information between members and the health system (practitioners, providers, hospital, Aetna Better Health) by: * Engaging Aetna Better Health members who are experiencing, or are at risk of, health disparities, to improve their health care engagement, access to care, and their overall health * Educating health care professionals about protective health factors and the social determinants of health that may be impacting the members engagement, health and treatment plan * Serving as a member of the multidisciplinary care team supporting Aetna Better Health members to bridge information between the member and the care team regarding any identified cultural and/or psychosocial elements * Collecting and documenting data pertaining to their interactions with members CHWs are required to spend 70% of their time in a member facing capacity. BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired: * 1-2 years experience providing clinical services; experience in community/outpatient setting preferred. * Community Health Worker Certification or equivalent training and experience preferred. 3-5 years relevant experience. * Experience in serving the Medicaid Populations in urban or rural environments with familiarity of local formal and informal resource networks preferred. * MUST live in the Kalamazoo/Jackson Area Preferred skills: Mental Health First Aid, Trauma Informed Care, HIPPA, C.L.A.S. Standards, Motivational Interviewing, and specialized training in medical terminology and practices for designated health conditions. Preferred understanding of physical health and behavioral health services and how to impact Social determinates of Health (SDoH) to improve member outcomes. Meet all requirements set forth by local state i.e. first aid, CPR, TB screen, etc. Experience using a computer including the use of Excel and Electronic Health Records. EDUCATION The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
