Who we are looking for:

POSSIBLE is looking for a creative and organized Community Manager to plan, publish and engage with our client's social fans & followers across leading social platforms. We want someone who is obsessed with social media and loves to write and tell stories. You have a collaborative mindset and pull from a variety of sources or inspiration to come up with creative content ideas.

Through daily engagement and analysis, you'll increase interactions with our client's programs, grow followers, offer optimization strategies to an integrated team and confidently collaborate with colleagues, partner agencies and clients. In this role, you will work directly with our Strategists to develop and implement monthly strategies that deliver against our KPIs.

This is a contract opportunity in our Seattle office.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the content creation process from research and development, to publishing to optimization, working with content calendars and creative, strategic and client partners.

  • Create, monitor and moderate within predetermined guidelines and guardrails.

  • Identify topical content ideas related to current events and trending topics.

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing sciences department to analyze performance and plan for optimization.

  • Organize and maintain a social content calendar of 30-40 posts per month

  • Maintain strong up-to-date knowledge and best practices for major social channels.

  • Work with the client and internal agency teams to brainstorm and execute special projects and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with creatives to create content that leverage each platform's best practices.

  • Use data and social listening to proactively seek out opportunities to grow the brand's presence and identity on social, as well as actively sharing industry and community insights, pitching new ideas and findings.

  • Deliver a superior level of engagement, support, and attention to the community.

  • Manage competing priorities and make quick judgment calls based on best practices, brand objectives, and insights.

  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, product enhancements.

  • Attend internal and external industry events to capture social content in real-time.

What you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience creating and managing successful social channels with engaging, innovative content. Agency experience preferred but not required.

  • Experience with writing content or press releases.

  • Ideally encompassing experience in music, film, TV and other entertainment-related marketing.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

  • Organized, articulate and collaborative, with the ability to easily communicate and work with internal stakeholders, client and agency partners. Client-facing experience a must.

  • Experience executing strategy, content and campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Experience with or knowledge of YouTube and Snapchat a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

  • Prior experience using the Sprinklr social media management system

  • Active social presence, an interest in all things digital and advertising.

The Relationship Manager will own all aspects of originating balance sheet and permanent affordable housing loans in their assigned territory. Ensuring that products and services are delivered in a quality manner and in accordance with the Bank's goal of a high level of service. Acting as a trusted advisor to both current clients and future relationships. Actively participating in Industry conferences/workshops and serving on community based boards and committees to represent Key within the market. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (in related field) 7 to 10 ten years' experience in tax credit investment, community development lending, or commercial real estate lending with demonstrated credit acumen. Experience implementing creative selling and innovative problem solving techniques. Proven ability to drive a business development effort individually and as a part of a team. Proven ability to work with a wide range of clients, including for-profit and non-profit developers and housing authorities of all sizes and varying levels of sophistication.
