We are looking for a motivated, analytical, results driven communications manager to generate interest from and stay top-of-mind with C-suites and Board of Directors at multi-billion dollar enterprises.

As a member of the sales & marketing team comprised of six other people in addition to yourself, you will be responsible for developing and executing our end-to-end client communications strategy to drive generate awareness and engagement.


  • Build the brand as the worlds platform business thought leader

  • Manage all social media channels (linkedin, twitter, facebook, instagram, youtube and telegram) to build an audience and increase the subscriber base

  • Review analytics and provide input on what content is resonating. We have a professional video studio in our office and a full-time multimedia content manager to provide fresh content customized for each channel on a regular basis

  • Manage bloggers and optimize our SEO presence

  • Manage website improvements and how we organize content on the site


  • Super passionate about platform businesses and helping old, large enterprises do disruptive innovation

  • At least 2+ years of B2B marketing related experience (including SEO) and/or social media experience in a professional setting

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other imagery tools a plus

  • Experience with managing a website a plus

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative data analytic skills and solid problem-solving skills, idea generation as well as excellent attention to detail

  • Comfort with ambiguity and with working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment

As the Associate Community Manager, you are interested in a career in marketing and want to roll up your sleeves to help build a new-to-the-world brand! You are passionate about the consumer and learning the ins-and-outs of marketing. Accountabilities: * Serve as the first point of communication between the brand and the consumer by managing phone/email communication in an "on brand" manner * Coordinates demos (or manage demo agency) to ensure brand has effective sampling * Deploys product samples and/or seeding kits * Works with ops lead to manage brand's storage units * Manages logistics for POS, marketing materials, event assets., etc * Supports Marketing Activation event needs * Works with Marketing Activation and Brand Lead on content calendar. Then executes social media posting either directly or by working with agency/freelance support * Support social media content creation through community engagement, shoots, and copywriting * Day-to-day monitoring and engagement with all comments/messages/posts. Responding to customers in a timely manner while maintaining the brand persona and voice * Escalates consumer issues * Lives the brand!
