Positions: Community Manager and Leasing Professional
Location: Springdale, OH Area (Location will be disclosed further into the interview process.)
Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm (Some Saturdays may be required.)
Community Size: 200+ units
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year of property management experience in the multifamily residential industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
Self-motivation and diligence.
Ability to oversee and resolve a variety of challenges.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance.
Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer.
Other Helpful Skills and Competencies:
CAM or CAPS designation.
Yardi experience (preferred).
What You'll Do:
Duties will vary for each position of Community Manager and Leasing Professional.
Show properties, process applications, and prepare lease agreements.
Maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.
Enforce community policies and regulations to maintain a safe and harmonious environment.

Community Manager: $65,000 - $68,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications), plus bonuses and incentives.
Leasing Professional: $18 - $19 hourly (based on experience and qualifications), plus incentives.
