Positions: Community Manager and Leasing Professional

Location: Springdale, OH Area (Location will be disclosed further into the interview process.)

Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm (Some Saturdays may be required.)

Community Size: 200+ units

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of property management experience in the multifamily residential industry.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.

• Self-motivation and diligence.

• Ability to oversee and resolve a variety of challenges.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance.

• Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer.

Other Helpful Skills and Competencies:

• CAM or CAPS designation.

• Yardi experience (preferred).

What You'll Do:

• Duties will vary for each position of Community Manager and Leasing Professional.

• Show properties, process applications, and prepare lease agreements.

• Maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.

• Enforce community policies and regulations to maintain a safe and harmonious environment.

• Community Manager: $65,000 - $68,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications), plus bonuses and incentives.
