Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis on community health, public health, socials services or life sciences.
Two (2) years working with multi-disciplinary teams providing supportive services
Two (2) years working for a health or social services oriented organization supporting underserved populations.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook.
Valid Driver's license and mandatory vehicle insurance or other means of transportation
Master's degree from accredited college or university in any of the following fields, Public Health, Community Health, Social Work, Nursing, Health Administration or Business Administration.
