Community Health Worker

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Program Director, assist in developing and implementing education and services in collaboration with additional staff, community members and/or agencies. In accordance with program objectives, assists in providing outreach services to identify populations. Community education program may be directed toward injury and/or disease prevention, health care access, and self-care management

• California Drivers License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CPR *American Heart Association
• Knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Position Pay Range: $17.24- $27.48/hour

In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) posts the pay range for all jobs.
