This is a temporary role and we are looking for someone to jump in for 5-10 days and help out. If you are looking for something long-term, once our team will be expanding, you will be the first one to know!You will be a trustworthy point of contact for our customers and the ultimate advocate for their best interests. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, patient, personable, humble, and great at communication. Our customers love us, and we want them to love you, too.


You will:

  • Through email support, address customer requests, and keep the Head of Product Marketing informed of contact spikes and possible issues that could lead to a negative customer experience

  • Assist in the processing of online orders, and processing of some of the online products we offer

You are:

  • Dedicated you love what you are doing and you will go out of your way to keep our users happy

  • Helpful and empathetic you enjoy helping customers with their issues and understanding their needs and concerns

  • Friendly and Patient you understand that sometimes customers cannot clearly articulate their issues and you are happy to guide them towards a resolution

  • Responsible and reliable you are good at prioritizing your time and take ownership of your work

  • Forward-looking you are always on the look-out for ways and tools to improve the customer support process

  • Fun you are a team player who operates without ego and has fun along the way

You have:

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Experience using customer support tools is a plus (Help Scout etc.)

  • Experience in using live chat (as a customer or servicing customers)

  • Excellent writing skills, computer literacy, and keyboard skills

  • Experience working within a technology company (preferred)

The Community Support Services Counselor is responsible to provide behavioral health rehabilitation services and supports that is necessary to assist the service recipient in achieving recovery goals in various life goals such as social, employment, educational, and/or housing domains. Services are provided that improve skills, self-esteem and a sense of belonging to the larger community. The Community Support Counselor maintains a wellness and recovery oriented environment by using person-first language, and person centered rehabilitation planning and evidenced based practices to service recipients who meet the eligibility criteria to receive CSS. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The position requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in one of the helping professions, such as social work, human services, counseling, psychiatric rehabilitation, psychology or criminal justice. Or a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a field other than a helping profession and two years of professional experience in a community behavioral health care setting. Certification as a psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner (CPRP) may be substituted for one year of experience. This position shall also have a valid state driver's license with a safe driving record that meets agency procedures. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Contributing to the development, implementation, monitoring, and updating of the individualized rehabilitation plan. * Performing therapeutic rehabilitative skill development. * Offering services appropriate to meet the service recipient needs. * Performing crisis intervention. * Coordinating and managing services. * Provide supportive counseling services to service recipient. * Communicate observations and information about the service recipient to the Program Manager, RN and clinical team. * Organize and support socialization activities through use of IMR or other evidence based practices when indicated on the individual rehabilitation plan.. * Skill teaching to assist service recipient in developing the skills in various areas that promotes the achieving and maintaining of valued life roles in the social, employment, physical health, educational, and/or housing domains and also allows the service recipient to achieve community integration and to remain in an independent living setting of his/her choice. . * Participate in individual service coordination activities, including vocational and educational services. * Document all observations, information and services provided to the service recipient within the required timeframes. * Perform all other duties as assigned.
