Summary/Objective As the Community Experience Supervisor at Peace Village, your primary responsibility is to ensure all team members are committed to delivering the highest level of customer service to our residents, visitors, and staff. You will oversee the development, training, implementation, and supervision of outstanding workflows within the Resident Experience Specialist and Community Attendant teams.

Develop and implement processes and procedures to support and enhance departmental functions. 2.
Provide coverage for departmental shift openings to ensure continuity of service. 3. Facilitate comprehensive training programs, including cross-training initiatives, to support team members and foster continuous learning. 4. Supervise daily operations of Resident Experience Specialists and Community Attendants, including performance appraisals, scheduling, and payroll management. 5.
Collaborate with the Director of Facilities to ensure alignment of departmental objectives and provide necessary updates and training to direct reports. 6. Serve as the primary point of contact for Resident Experience Specialists and Community Attendants during emergencies, being on-call as needed. 7. Uphold and promote outstanding customer service standards consistent with the mission of Peace Village Competencies 1.
Strong background in business administration. 2.
Proficient in developing and delivering training programs. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4.

Supervisory Responsibility This position directly supervises Resident Experience Specialists and Community Attendants. Work Environment This position operates indoor and outdoor as needed throughout the campus.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk, or hear. Additionally, the employee will frequently be required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms bend, squat, crawl and kneel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 75 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position with on-call responsibilities for emergencies within the Resident Experience Specialist and Community Attendant departments. Occasional coverage of open reception and community attendant shifts, including evenings and weekends, may be required. Flexibility to work beyond normal hours when necessary is expected.
Travel Travel is not required for this position. Required Education and Experience 1. High School Diploma required. 2.
Previous experience in reception, community attendant, general office, and/or business administration required. 3. Previous managerial or supervisory experience.
