About The Role

Charlie Health is one of the fastest-growing startups in the healthcare industry, working tirelessly to connect young people everywhere to life-saving mental health treatment. Our Clinical Outreach team members are the lifeblood of our business; they know our product, partners, and patients better than anyone. In this role, you'll be joining a team of passionate professionals who are dedicated wholeheartedly to our mission.

You'll be responsible for initiating relationships with clinical partners across the country and provide much-needed resources to thousands of at-risk teens and young adults. Responsibilities

  • Serve in an individual contributor capacity to support Charlie Health's Clinical Outreach team in activating new accounts by conducting proactive outbound prospecting to referral sources

  • Engage with key stakeholders through calls, emails, and any other relevant communication channels to uncover community needs and establish new relationships

  • Lead meetings with referral sources to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships

  • Collaborate with the Clinical Outreach Team to strategically engage referral sources across select markets

  • Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels

  • Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call

  • Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies

  • Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Preference to be located in Central Time Zone

  • 1-4+ years of experience in inside sales or field sales preferred with a proven track record of success

  • Prior experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools preferred

  • Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Work authorized in the United States and native-equivalent proficiency in English

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style

  • Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization

  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment

  • Comfort with video conferencing, scheduling, and CRM technologies

  • Experience advising, presenting to, and persuading senior corporate personnel
