Position Summary

The Community Coordinator will assist in the day to day operations in the Community department.

Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound/outbound calls

  • Assisting with internal/external contacts to progress inspections to completion

  • Serve as Looker support on escalated issues

  • Pro actively recruit Lookers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom by phone/email/social media

  • Identify target audiences with high value for recruitment

  • Update onboarding material and evaluate onboarding material effectiveness

  • Act as a core contributor across the operation to assist where needed to ensure client deliverables are met

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for individuals that have questions before, during, or after joining the Looker community

  • Handle corrective action and/or blocking of Lookers from the system when appropriate

  • Moderating social platforms to encourage conversation, remove spam content, respond to questions and assist with customer service questions in a real-time environment

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1-2 years customer service

  • GED or High School Diploma

  • Proficient with Google Docs and Sheets

  • Must be tech savvy to quickly navigate and sort through websites

  • Strong telecommunication marketing skills

  • Ability to take initiative and execute with minimal instructions

  • Be willing to learn new programs and engage in different platforms

  • Thorough understanding of WeGoLook process, cradle to grave

  • Ability to multi-task on multiple platforms, spreadsheets, and interfaces

  • Ability to take initiative and engage with team members and internal/external resources

  • Excellent communication, verbal and written

  • Ability to work independently, and articulate all the facts in hand to engage the proper resources to assist our Lookers

  • Possesses analytical skills needed to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day

  • Full time position

  • Must be able to work 11-8, and on weekends

  • Willing to work extended hours if needed
