SPS Commerce is growing- We are searching for a Community Consultant II to join our retailer onboarding team. As a Community Consultant II you will serves as a champion of community success, through investment in the on-boarding of the community partner and their trading partner community. You will play an important role in creating a cohesive onboarding experience across all retailers and suppliers.

This is a hybrid role based out of our MN office.

Day-to-Day

The Community Consultant II works as part of an account team responsible for leading and providing recommendations to the buying organization and their community throughout as they on-board to the SPS solution as part of a change management program. As a Community Consultant you will help train our internal community supplier onboarding teams to be experts on the buying organization's requirements that result in a world class experience for their community as they move through the SPS -implementation process. In addition, you will partner with various internal teams throughout the customer journey to ensure the community is adopting the buying organization requirements as quickly as possible for them to realize their value.

  • You'll consult with community partners on best practices

  • You'll be an expert on all product offerings for both the community and the retailer

  • You'll monitor success, identify, and assess risks, and make recommendations to community partners based on data and insight from community

  • You'll collaborate cross-functionally across departments to ensure alignment of all partners

  • You'll manage expectation internally and externally and make on the spot decisions to drive success of Community partner relationships

  • Track progress of implementation project(s), ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues are resolved

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer facing role as an account manager, program manager, project manager and/or business analyst

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

  • A balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator, tactical leader, and doer preferred

  • Previous experience interacting and interfacing with C-level customers preferred

  • Microsoft Power BI experience preferred
