You'll make sure everything is done right. We'll give you the autonomy, technology and support to organize, budget and monitor all phases of building our customer's new home. As a leader of our on-site construction team, you will supervise subcontractor activities; monitor all costs and implement cost controls and walk homes in various stages of construction to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are exceeded.
3-5 years' experience managing the entire construction process, knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods required. Supervisory skills necessary. Bachelor's degree preferred. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.

As a Sr. Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the installation of Fire Alarm Solutions, as well as managing a team to ensure project schedules, design, execution, testing, closeout and turnover to service are delivered with consistent quality and speed to satisfy contractual requirements. Demonstrate proficiency through adherence to company policies and internal reporting within Project Vision. Key responsibilities: 1. Grow the business, manage change, and meet contractual obligations. 2. Be a self-starter and work multiple projects simultaneously in a lean administrative environment. 3. Manage and influence the activities of various team members to ensure the contractual deliverables are met within the required timeframes. 4. Coordinate, plan, schedule and track in detail the implementation of projects including their finances. 5. Subcontract, schedule and supervise the activities of subcontractors. 6. Be familiar with the construction dispute resolution processes and use your knowledge of contract documents, labor laws, construction contracts, and construction administration to minimize risk. 7. Anticipate, recognize, and negotiate changes from the documented scope of work. 8. Document professional effective communication both internally and externally. YOU MUST HAVE: * Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related engineering discipline. * 10+ years of experience in Architecture-Engineering and Design/Build programs. * 5+ years of competitive construction industry experience on a project/projects exceeding $3 million. WE VALUE: * Familiarity with NFPA 72, 101 and Fire Alarm Systems. * PMI certification. * Certification for XLS140 and XLS3000 Fire Detection, Suppression and Mass Notification Control Systems. * Xtralis Vesda accreditation. * NICET III or greater certification.
