This position provides banking administrative services to its valued customers.
Accepting and processing customer transactions;
Providing customer service;
Adhering to the Bank's security and compliance issues;
Performing office clerical and miscellaneous duties as required;
Generating customer referrals and participating in periodic promotional campaigns.
A high school diploma or GED is required;
Visual and auditory skills;
Proficient reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient analytical and mathematics skills;
The ability to lift approximately fifty (50) pounds;
A valid driver's license is required.
Prior retail sales or cash handling experience;
Proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, customer service and sales skills;
Proficient eye-hand coordination;
Basic computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet;
Demonstrated decision making skills.
