OVERVIEW:

  • This position provides banking administrative services to its valued customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accepting and processing customer transactions;

  • Providing customer service;

  • Adhering to the Bank's security and compliance issues;

  • Performing office clerical and miscellaneous duties as required; and,

  • Generating customer referrals and participating in periodic promotional campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A high school diploma or GED;

  • Moderate reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient analytical and mathematics skills;

  • Proficient communicative, interpersonal relations and customer service skills;

  • Proficient eye-hand coordination;

  • Moderate computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet;

  • The ability to lift approximately fifty (50) pounds; and,

  • A valid driver's license.
