Consider joining our team as an Association Manager in our Dayton District Office located in Centerville, Ohio.

Who you are:

  • At least 1 year of managing Homeowners Associations (HOA) or Condo Owners Associations (COA), or a combination of relevant experience and education.

  • Proficient in handling finances, including preparing budgets and monthly financial reports.

  • Knowledgeable about Board meeting procedures and proper conduct.

  • Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Yardi software.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Understands the importance of customer satisfaction.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Flexible to attend evening meetings.

  • Holds a valid driver's license, has a reliable vehicle with auto insurance, and is willing to undergo a drug and background check if offered the position.

What you'll do as an Association Manager:

  • Serve as the main coordinator, ensuring all efforts meet and exceed property management obligations.

  • Help Boards establish short- and long-term goals and prepare the annual budget.

  • Secure bids for Board approval, schedule, and oversee contracted services to ensure cost and quality effectiveness.

  • Evaluate the need for significant repairs/services and provide recommendations to the Board.

  • Inspect properties weekly for maintenance, landscaping needs, policy violations, and safety issues. Prepare violation and enforcement letters at the discretion of the Boards.

  • Attend all regularly scheduled Board meetings and collaborate with Association committees to coordinate contracted services.

  • Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm, with regularly scheduled after-hours Board meetings.
