The Customer Service Representative (CSR) in conjunction with the rest of the centre team plays a key role in delivering an exceptional professional and friendly service to all business centre customer, visitors and prospective clients.

The CSR is an extension of our clients business ensuring that they are able to concentrate on their work, while we manage their office needs

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • First point of contact for new and existing customers and visitors therefore providing an exceptional impression and service

  • Responsible for the day to day running of the centre and providing services including:

  • Managing switchboards; handling calls of various internal /external clients as well as various Regus areas of business

  • Managing meeting room booking system

  • Preparing offices for move-in/ move-outs

  • Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting basic IT and telecom technical issues, set up and queries

  • Resetting Meeting Rooms to accommodate bookings

  • Administrative tasks- delivering their mail, answering their phones, sending their packages, ordering their office supplies,

  • Procurement

  • Demonstrate ownership of the centre to ensure the centre is 'show ready' at all times-

  • Ensure continual upkeep and standards of business centre to include offices, meeting rooms and communal areas

  • Contributes to the overall revenue of the centre by identifying opportunities to promote Regus products and services

  • Duties may vary depending on centre needs

  • Effective and professional communication skills in both local language and English (written and oral)

  • Solid organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and multi task in a demanding environment

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the ability to understand further programmes to assist in the day to day centre operations

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plans and executes Medicaid strategies, outreach and education activities for the plan products to extend, increase and retain Apple Health membership. * Develops plans campaigns and programs to meet such goals; periodically reviews team performance in relation to established goals, implementing changes to effect improvement or react to a change in the organization or industry. * Develops and approves or secures approval of growth and retention plans, tactics and strategies including membership projections. * Approves or secure approval of general advertising and direct mail initiatives to support growth plans. * Responsible for the identification, recruitment and training of the outreach team at the market level. * Lead data analysis, competitive analysis and planning that supports product growth and brand recognition. Identifies and develops member engagement activities that promote retention and assist with market penetration and growth. * Supports development and implementation of outreach plan and models for expansion and /or acquisitions as assigned in the market. * Prepares presentations for target audiences to explain health plan programs, innovations and benefits. * Develops and maintains favorable relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the community. * Ensure compliance with state and municipal laws, rules, and guidelines for marketing and member engagement. * Oversees CTAG process for health plan in tandem with Compliance. * Accountable for member experience ensuring that satisfactory member service is provided, member materials are developed and maintained that are clear, concise and meet regulatory requirements. * Ensures that members are aware of their rights and responsibilities. * Ensures that members are aware of the complaint and grievance process * Develops and implements group member educational programs that focus on clinical education and prevention including HEDIS, STARS, health behavior modification and disease management through partnership with Quality and Medical Management. * Deploy and monitor the health plans provider marketing strategy in coordination with provider network team and the plan network strategy lead. * Maintain operation of the member incentive programs. 
Implement standard reporting. * Other duties as requested or assigned. Qualifications: Travel 50% of the time across Washington market Must be able to manage a remote team BA/BS required. Medicaid managed care experience highly desired Healthcare experience or proven community relationships with potential referral sources in WA (i.e. community based organizations, providers, etc) is required Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a supervisory level. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related position.(health care, outreach, marketing) Proven track record of designing, developing and managing teams, programs and outreach functions. Other Assets: Master's Degree Excellent relationship building and leadership skills with ability to lead through influence Effective management skills -- organization, planning, budgeting, setting goals and objectives. Ability to lead and manage teams remotely Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Good social skills. Ability to resolve problems in a positive, collaborative way. Knowledge of Protocols, Processes and Regulations (state Medicaid and CMS regulations) is required Appreciation of cultural diversity and sensitivity towards target population.
