Communications Specialist/Dispatcher
FULL-TIME Opportunity
Location: New York, New York
We're hiring Communications Specialists/Dispatchers to join our team at our Greater
NYC Venues. This team member will coordinate and dispatch EMS and clinical resources at
major events and venues often while operating in event operation centers and incident
command posts. In this role the team member will also support the clinical team by delivering
high-quality patient care and customer service to event guests, venue and event staff to our
local partners at special events in fixed and temporary venues in and around NYC.
Responsibilities:
Ensures that event activities are aligned with CrowdRx goals and strategic plan.
Understands and adequately implements the concepts of Emergency Medical
Dispatch published in Principles of Emergency Medical Dispatch as a minimum
standard of care.

ensuring that all supplies and equipment are in-date and in proper working
order.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
State Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic credential required.
Applicable State certification(s)
CPR Certification, healthcare provider, professional rescuer or similar course
required.

Must have telecommunications experience or have at least one year's
experience as an EMS or public safety dispatcher.
