The Headlines:

In the position of Communications Specialist in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin office, you will work with our Corporate Supply Chain team to develop and deliver distributor communications as well as support our sales communications team managers and Integrated Supply Chain teams.

This position reports to the Director of Sales Communications and works closely with a variety of internal and external partners, including our sales teams, Corporate Supply Chain, Quality, Accounts Receivable, IT, Distributor Network Development, and BP&S teams.

The Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver distributor communications related to product supply, including supply/ordering system updates, distributor alerts, order reminders, splash screens, downtime and production updates, product authorizations, and other related communications

  • Work with the transportation team to develop and deliver communications pertaining to fleet news, freeze protects, etc. on an as-needed basis

  • Partner with the broader sales communications team in development of distributor-facing communications that drive our commercial priorities, including distributor bulletins, newsletters, proofing and editing, and contributing to other communications platforms

  • Work collaboratively across the broader communications team

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a relative 4-year degree

  • You have a strong background in customer service and/or familiarity with supply chain operations; minimum of 2 years of communications experience preferred

  • You are skilled in tools including MS Excel/MS Access/BOBJ to deliver detailed supply communications to distributors

  • You possess strong time management skills and have the ability to work well under deadlines and manage multiple projects

  • You have excellent conceptual and writing skills, anticipate and solve problems, and are a results-driven individual

The Headlines: The System Specialist - Supply Chain, working in Milwaukee, WI, is a position within the Business Process Excellence (BPE) group focused on the Canadian integrated supply chain processes associated with monitoring and correcting transactional errors that effect overall data integrity and the timely execution of various order types. This position reports to the Business Process Manager - Forecast to Deploy and works closely with the Canadian breweries. The Responsibilities: * Analyze and process transactional errors for all Canadian breweries * Investigate root cause of problems and identify corrections required * Follow-up activities with various individuals (receivers, production supervisors, raw material planner) to ensure execution of transactions are carried out on a timely and accurate basis * Month-end processes (ensure no negative inventory in WIP, all errors resolved) * Transform end-to-end processes to align to simple, standard and lean business processes * Seek out and solution continuous improvements to realize benefits including participation in projects as well as small enhancements * Assist with defining new requirements associated with enterprise-wide integration projects The Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or operations management with a minimum of 2+ years brewery experience * Strong process knowledge in brewing, packaging and shipping * Strong problem-solving skills and proactively anticipates issues and initiates corrective action, modifies plans accordingly and communicates new instructions. * Experience working in a global team * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong computer proficiency (e.g. MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook) * Ability to work in virtual teams, matrixed organization and fast paced environment * Interpersonal savvy -work collaboratively and build relationships with all customers with diverse cultures, geographies, and personalities * Ability to travel * Look beyond symptoms of problems to develop sound, logical analysis to solve difficult problems * Familiarity with SAP-PPPI, SAP-MRP, SAP-MM, and Infor * Bilingual in both English and French Canadian preferred Work Perks that You Need to Know About: * As the world's family brewer, we have the scale to make big things happen and still get to know colleagues on a first name basis across the globe with a multitude of opportunities for growth and development * You can become a Certified Beer Enthusiast through in-house training that includes everything from brewing techniques to beer tasting and food pairings. * Participation in our Total Rewards program with a competitive base salary, incentive plans, parental leave, health, dental and 401K benefits - and of course, free beer! * Variety of opportunities to get involved with your colleagues - from Employee Resource Groups to volunteer events in the community, there's something for everyone * Work within a fast paced and innovative company, meeting passionate colleagues and partners with diverse backgrounds and experiences At Molson Coors we seek diversity.
