Our products help clinicians to diagnose early stage breast cancer and breast disease through minimally invasive procedures and enhance clinical outcomes and the lives of women. You will provide our marketing team with the communications we need in order to be successful.
What will you do?
Develop, deploy and maintain all internal communications objectives, strategies and channels for Mammotome, including: corporate newsletters, townhall meetings, presentations, emails, corporate SharePoint site, etc.
Manage the review and approval process of all MAPSS (Product Marketing, Advertising, and Promotional, Scientific and Sales) materials, including the initial approval and the re-review process.
Create and edit marketing communications content including, but not limited to: advertising, print and digital collateral, direct marketing, public relations, digital (Web, PPC, email), social media, trade show, and event materials.
Manage and maintain the MAPSS procedure and associated documents and provide corporate training on the procedure.
Enhance and deploy corporate public relations and industry association initiatives, on both a local and national level.
Provide project management on certain projects to ensure all materials are being developed on schedule and are ready for distribution/deployment on time.
Work with the graphic design team to set brand guidelines and standards and train global staff to those standards.
Ensure all corporate messaging is consistent with branding efforts.
Apply knowledge of communications processes and technologies and identify and recommend new technologies/processes as needed.
Work with the Global Marketing Team and Senior Leadership to establish and implement best-in-class communications and customer engagement practices.

What you'll need to have:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field required.
Minimum of 2 years of Corporate Communications experience required.
Prior experience in internal communications and public relations required.
Prior experience with a combination of digital and traditional Marketing channels required.
Must be proficient in AP style.
These would be a plus but not a must:
Experience managing relationships with external agencies, vendors or business partners preferred.
Experience working in a regulated environment, i.e., healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, financial preferred.
You'll be based at our main site in the Blue Ash area:
Up to 10% travel may be required.
Occasional overnight trips ranging from 1-3 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays may be required.
