Overview Starting pay for this position is $15.30/hour. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Communication Specialist will provide telephone assistance to team members, patients, physicians and the general public in a timely and professional manner. They will be the keeper of the physician call schedules, out of hospital personnel lists, administrative call lists, and all miscellaneous lists used to contact people or services needed by Hospital personnel. This position will also respond to all emergent calls quickly and efficiently, following outlined protocol to page.

Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School/GED Experience: 1 year of customer service experience. Other skills/knowledge:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 1 year clerical work experience. VIEW JOBS 9/14/2022 12:00:00 AM 2022-12-13T00:00 <p>Section 1: Position Summary</p><p>The Content Specialist will be responsible for content development, execution, oversight, and strategy related to key Marketing campaigns and initiatives, as well as unification initiatives. Through consultation, creativity, and a focus on sound UX, this individual will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to implement effective communications plans and crafting copy that drives desired outcomes. This includes developing content within Ascensus brand standards for all types of touchpoints (e.g., operational, value add, and commercial) with a primary focus on writing for digital experiences, such as web and email.</p><p>Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties, and Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Generate marketing ideas by translating strategic initiatives and industry trends into tactical solutions</p></li><li><p>Understand and assess business needs in order to determine the best marketing approach and to scope resourcing demands</p></li><li><p>Manage all aspects of complex communications, including content development, project planning, and the creation of multiple versions based on data, logic, and branding</p></li><li><p>Represent marketing at key meetings to provide status updates, consultation, general project support, and innovative solutions</p></li><li><p>Establish strong relationships with business stakeholders by delivering on project specifications and deadlines</p></li><li><p>Create meaningful content that is clear, actionable, and engaging-converting leads to clients and turning clients into loyal fans</p></li><li><p>Utilize Microsoft office suite - Word, PowerPoint and Excel-as well as web-based email, project management and CMS software tools to assist in the management of workflow, content, planning, and other marketing operations</p></li><li><p>Participate in and adhere to quality control best practices related to proofreading, reviews, and securing approvals</p></li><li><p>Measure effectiveness of communications using such methods as A/B testing</p></li></ul><p>Section 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements</p><ul><li><p>Excellent writing, editing, project management, and presentation skills</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
