Job Responsibilities:

• Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls, texts, and emails

• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for service, and gauge customer satisfaction.

• Schedule appointments and reschedule customers.

• Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.

• Follow up with existing, past, and potential customers.

Job Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills

• Proper phone etiquette

• Tech Savvy

• Able to communicate with customers to set appointments

• Able to create and maintain customer relationships

• Excellent computer skills and sense of urgency

• Automotive experience helpful but not required
