Job Summary

To provide support to Brand, Creative, and Communications teams including project management for creative teams, internal communications efforts, and other initiatives.

Duties and responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Maintain and review projects within PM software, following up with stakeholders for content and providing timeline/project updates.

• Responsible for reviewing new project submissions for all requested information, and responsible for obtaining information if omitted.

• Responsible for setting up all kick-off calls with associated stakeholders for project submissions.

• Maintains and executes agenda for each kick-off call.

• Providing post-kick-off call notes for all stakeholders along with next steps.

Internal Communications Efforts:

• Responsible for maintenance of office calendar(s) and event invitations.

• As required, create internal communication channels with pertinent information.

• Support weekly update story solicitation and graphic creation when required.

• Support content creation when required.

Internal Initiatives:

• Support of programming and partnerships.

• Maintain an annual calendar of key milestones, along with potential cross-referencing for social media purposes.

• Collect sizing and distribute swag.

• Responsible for communications in relation to events and initiatives.
