Purdue University's Department of Agricultural Communications seeks a full-time Senior Communications Specialist to contribute to our creative and strategic role in the College of Agriculture.
The ideal candidate will find inspiration in engaging evolving and existing audiences through projects that reflect the contributions and reputation of our globally renowned college. We're looking for someone with excellent project management skills, experience working with collaborative teams, and a strong curiosity for how innovative advances in communication can move our department forward.
Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications or related field
5 years' of experience working in a communications position where they managed diverse projects and contributed creatively as an individual and as a team member
Experience with digital communications
Project management, creative leadership, and storytelling skills demonstrated by diverse writing opportunities and copy editing
Knowledge of printing process
Strong writing and editing skills
Purdue will not sponsor work authorization for this position
