Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Communications & PR Manager to join our team in LaVergne, TN (Greater Nashville Area). We're looking for an individual to manage Ingram Content Group's public relations, community relations, communications, social media and thought leadership efforts. Partners with the leadership team to develop strategic communications plans to support the attainment of business goals. Assists management with communications, media relations and public relations planning, and execution and measurement for initiatives globally. Trains and evaluates spokespersons. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to coordinate communications efforts companywide.

Builds and executes communications strategies seamlessly using thought leadership and storytelling to connect Ingram's services with key audiences.
Serves as primary writer developing a range of materials for internal and external audiences: press releases, announcements, editorials, blog postings, newsletters, presentations, etc.
Develops speeches, articles for our internal magazine, presentations and prepares spokespeople for public speaking engagements.
Works with the marketing teams to develop thought leadership strategies that strategically place spokespeople at trade events and in key media outlets.
Manages both internal and external communications campaigns and plan development, conducting research and analysis while leading execution and measurement.
Partners with the marketing team in organization wide initiatives and events.
Participates in the development and execution of media relations campaigns, such as: writing news releases, pitching news media, and crisis
Stays current on communications tools/technologies to continuously improve Ingram's ability to achieve business objectives.
