Job Description

Strategy and Experience professionals create and analyze to help clients maximize the reach and relevance of each brand interaction across media, website and physical touch-points that are increasingly addressable (store kiosks, etc.).

Customer Experience and Social professionals enable customer Strategy by identifying and tracking dynamic customer segments across all channels, modeling key interactions and delivering a continuum of relevant and optimal experiences.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.

Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach. Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility. Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

The team is a trusted advisor to senior leaders, key stakeholders and other communications managers across the company and utilizes a variety of engagement channels and tools. Among these are Company Home and Hub Communications intranet sites, the employee newspaper Ink (including the Ink App), digital signage, email messages, internal exhibits, educational sessions and employee meetings. About Digital Signage The firm's network of more than 1,300 screens at 100+ locations globally serves as a critical channel to inform, educate and engage employees and guests by providing timely and relevant information. Additionally, there are 11 large video wall installations at key firm locations around the world. The platform is managed centrally through the Scala content management systems with more than 130 local content managers and contributors across the globe. Electronic Media Senior Associate The Electronic Media Senior Associate will be a member of the Digital Signage team, part of the Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications function. The responsibilities of the Electronic Media Senior Associate will include: * Managing the weekly production of JPMC TV News recap video, including identifying topics/ selecting headlines, writing the script, obtaining approvals from stakeholders, gathering creative assets and attending the weekly filming * Overseeing new content/campaign creation and deployment, working closely with global site managers and content creators on its execution and syndication * Managing corporate content digital signage playlists, syndicating and scheduling content globally * Coordinating with global LOB communicators and press teams to gather information about upcoming JPMC employee TV appearances as well as key internal events, town halls and off-sites * Managing the media traffic/scheduling of global live TV broadcasts and internal post-event clips via the digital signage channel, including development and management of editorial calendar * Maintaining metrics for the live TV/internal event broadcasts and reporting on a regular basis * Mastering the Scala content management system and providing support to Scala user base * Partnering with internal multimedia teams to assist with post-event video editing Qualifications & Skills: * Excellent writer, proof reader and copy editor * Keen eye for selecting engaging content with ability to judge what is newsworthy * Self-starter with excellent project management skills * Able to prioritize projects and address matters in a timely fashion * Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and collaboration skills * Strong attention to detail * Great team player and high degree of flexibility * Proactive/ willingly does what is required to deliver a superior product * Some design skills and knowledge of basic design software (Photoshop) required * Knowledgeable about financial services and products a plus * Experience in video filming, editing and post-production a plus * Minimum of five years of writing, editing and communications experience required NOTE: We require a writing sample that demonstrates your capacity to quickly pick up JPMC TV News writing style.
