Communications Intern, Sales Enablement And Education - Summer 2024

We are seeking a dynamic and hardworking Communications Intern to join NVIDIA's Education Services and Enablement team for the summer. This internship provides an outstanding opportunity to contribute to the planning, execution, and evaluation of communication strategies and programs. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to support the development of impactful initiatives that improve our organization's reach and engagement. This role is based at NVIDIA's Santa Clara headquarters and reports to the Senior Director of Enablement and Education Services.

What you'll be doing:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, standard methodologies, and potential opportunities for communication program development.

• Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of current communication strategies.

• Assist in the creation of engaging and compelling content for various communication channels, including weekly emails, newsletters, and website updates.

• Collaborate with team members to develop content that aligns with organizational goals and resonates with target audiences.

• Contribute to the planning and coordination of communication programs and campaigns.

• Assist in developing timelines, goals, and key performance indicators for program success.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to capture information, share updates, and ensure alignment on communication strategies.

• Communicate optimally with internal and external stakeholders.

What we need to see:

• Pursuing a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to communication strategies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).

• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience in sales, sales enablement, marketing or education services.

• Experience building communication strategies and programs at an org level

• Understanding of GPUs, Accelerated Computing and/or Artificial Intelligence.

The hourly rate for our interns is 16 USD - 88 USD. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
