In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for all facets of company-wide communications strategy and crafting delivery of key messages through multiple channels including written, electronic, social media platforms, surveys, and presentations.

  • Lead a Communications Center of Expertise within our HR team. Advise company and business leaders on communications and change management strategy, philosophy, programs, and practices to deliver integrated communications that result in an engaging and connected experience for associates.

  • Lead our brand guidelines for the company and partner with business marketing teams on branding strategy through ownership of our external website, internal website, social media and other channels.

  • Prepare applicable board materials.

  • Proactively manage public relations needs.

  • Develop communications for investor relations and draft press releases.

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic:

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations and/or marketing fields.

  • Bachelor's degree in communications or other relevant discipline.

  • Superior written and presentation skills, including proven ability to shape and align message tone with a sharp eye for detailed editing and proofreading.

  • Must have extensive knowledge of communications, including facilitation of media relations, social media management and collaboration on corporate branding.

  • Proven track record of success in the design, execution, and management of communications strategy and offerings for company communications.

  • Ability to partner with multiple teams and resources to execute and implement communications plans.

  • Experience working with C-suite and preparing presentations for executives and the board.

  • Ability to travel <10%

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in communications

  • Strong change management skills.
