Job Components:

Support Culture Manager and Communications Manager as necessary with general administrative tasks.

Communications

• 70%

• Responsible for the development and execution of weekly newsletters to Team Members and Distributors (TUP and DUP).

• Distribute communications across all audiences using email distribution software, company intranet, field and Support Center screens.

• Track communication metrics for all audiences.

• Monitor the Communications Submission Form process.

• Maintain communications Standard Operating Procedures, Style Guide, etc.

Culture

• 30%

• Assist with coordination, scheduling and execution of Culture events including but not limited to Green Carpet, LINK events and Culture events.

• Maintain master calendar of Culture events.

• Create and maintain graphics for the company intranet and onsite monitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with concentration in English, journalism, communications or equivalent experience.

• Excellent written communication skills, with ability to incorporate enterprise voice and adhere to style rules.

• Willingness to be part of a creative team and function effectively in a group.

• Listens carefully, incorporates comments, and creatively and consistently produces high quality work.

• Proven ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage several projects simultaneously.

• Working knowledge of PC Software/Microsoft Office, especially Word. SharePoint.

• Comfortable using graphics software such as Canva and/or PicMonkey.

• Beginner video production (iPhone/iMovie) a huge plus.
