* Responsible for checking the quality of work performed on construction sites and remedying quality as necessary * Provide direction to staff to ensure efficient and cost effective operation within approved operating budgets * Responsible for total management of assigned staff. This includes hiring, disciplining, training and supervision of employees * Coordinate construction plans with crews and sub-contractors * Complete and maintain all necessary project paperwork * Communicate with management on project progress and developments * Serve as liaison between the Company, customers and utilities * Responsible for ordering and tracking construction materials * May lay-out and design construction maps, and work from the maps of others * Responsible to identify unsafe/hazardous conditions for self, other employees, customers, and the general public * Adhere to all established company safety policies and procedures * Perform other duties as assignedMinimum Experience* High school diploma or GED* Must have at least five (5) years experience as a communications construction supervisor * Must possess a valid driver s license with 2 years driving experience and a clear driving record * Must have good customer relations and communication skills * Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times * Must have RF & OSP construction experience * Be self-motivated with ability to following oral and written instructions * Demonstrate the ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with a wide variety of personalities * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and projects * Be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks * Must be willing to travelCable Services Company, Inc . is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer minorities / females / veterans / individuals with disabilities / sexual orientation / gender identityRequirementsPlease note that only applications from individuals residing in the United States will be considered for this position.
