This role is responsible for our US Health & Benefits Client Service Operations (CSO) communications, responsible for supporting change management communications along with division-wide intranet design and implementation needs. Will work to develop and deliver high-quality internal communications and presentations. We're excited to be growing our team!
In this role you will:
Write and/or edit various assets in support of projects, publications or communications
Support change management activities and planning with guidance from CSO leadership team, including audience and/or stakeholder analysis projects
Support planning and execution of focus groups and/or governance meetings
Administer and collect feedback for varied projects, may include surveys
Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and key partners
Deliver high-quality SharePoint and web/tool-related assets, including newsletters, corporate emails, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
Plan and coordinate communication activities, including developing, managing and maintaining content to drive consistent communication practices.
Film videos and/or working with a design group to develop creative elements.
Stay current on trends in digital media/social media
5+ years related communications/web content experience.
Proficiency in the development of SharePoint web content, website management and site planning.
Superior communication and presentation skills.
Exceptional time management skills.
Prior employee benefits brokerage experience.
Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Highly collaborative and communicative.
