Summary:
The Change Management Lead works collaboratively across multiple Innovative Workplace work streams to develop a variety of supporting communication materials for existing change and communication plans through multiple vehicles aimed at primary stakeholders.Provides change management and communication support as directed.Provides expertise and creativity in developing compelling and engaging materials, processes and programs in partnership with SMEs and Program Owners.Essential Duties and

Responsibilities:
This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsibilities of this role that account for 5% or more of the work. The incumbent will perform other duties assigned.1. Provide change expertise, collaborate and support the delivery of change strategies and tactics, which support adoption and drive engagement of primary stakeholder groups.2.

Develop, execute and support the execution of the Innovative Workplace communication activities by modifying key messaging as appropriate for the vehicle, drafting articles and other compelling, creative and concise pieces in partnership with appropriate SME and with consideration to stakeholder analysis and program owner approval.3. Manages version control and consolidation of the final communication materials, including power point presentations, FAQs, articles, and other pieces and ensures documents are stored in an organized manor in appropriate repository(s) (eg box account, Innovative Workplace site, etc). Package communications, as needed, for Senders to distribute (eg embeds links, ensures next steps/actions are clear in broad communications to primary stakeholders).4. Assist in monitoring the communications plan and works with Senders to ensure communications are sent, providing expertise on how to post or utilize different communication vehicles.

Partner with Corporate Communications and SMES in the drafting or completing necessary submission forms/processes for communication vehicles owned by corporate communications.5. Provide communication support on the placement and visual representation of content on the Innovative Workplace site to enhance the end user experience and increase adoption.6. Craft and distribute communication from Innovative Workplace Mailbox and Yammer; assist in the maintenance of distribution lists, scheduling and logistics for broad communications.7.

Attend meetings as instructed and capture communication/change notes and actions or content that needs to be aligned to key messages. Education and/or Experience: 5 - 7 Years experience in internal communications for executive and broad audiences inclusive of writing experience is required 5-7 years experience in leading complex transformational change plans, strategies and implementation of change tactics.Position requires:A bachelor's degree in communications or proven communication experience in global business.Experience developing a change management strategy including identifying risks and anticipated points of resistance, and developing specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.Ability to quickly identify change impacts Excellent active listening skills and ability to identify relevant information and simplify content, quickly understand implications and recommend change tactics to engage stakeholders

Excellent written, presentation, oral communication and active listening skills

The actions and service provided by the Senior CSR/Community Manager are the catalyst for providing customers with a reason to come to Regus and the reasons to stay with Regus. The Senior CSR/Community Manager maintains the full operational functions of a centre, whilst serving as a backup for the Area Manager by conducting centre tours when needed. Key areas of responsibility * Lead by example creating a strong ethos of customer service throughout the team. * Drive customer retention through great service and focused customer engagement. * Maximise customer satisfaction results (NPS) through regular customer engagement and the highest levels of centre standards. * Handle customer concerns, coordinating questions through to prompt resolution with the Global Service Centre (GSC) team on behalf of the customers. * Ensure your customers are invoiced accurately and payments are collected on time. * Hold regular community events in your centre. * Serve as the primary backup for the Area or General Manager including (as needed) conducting customer needs analysis meetings, and taking customers on tours. * Ensure that all daily service charges are captured and entered into the billing system on a daily basis. * Support new company initiatives, including the implementation of new tools and systems to improve efficiency. * Ensure that the centre is 'show ready' at all times. Experience required * Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations. * Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both local language and English (written and oral). * Professional communication skills with a high success rate in building and maintaining relationships. * Solid organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and multi task in a demanding environment. * Proven success in self lead generation and business development. * Commercial, highly results driven. * Previous P&L exposure. * Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. * Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems. * A desire and passion to beat the competition and win. * Pragmatic - Ability to be hands-on as well as strategic and be a trouble-shooter when the business need deems it appropriate to do so.
