Corporate Communications Coordinator
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Media Library: Managing Greenbrier's digital media library content, organizing folders and photos
Writing: blog posts, website copy, invitations, internal announcements, social media posts, marketing collateral, etc.
Administrative Duties: expense reports, scheduling meetings, travel planning
Event Planning: Organize volunteer events, charitable dinners, political events, internal corporate parties and attend events as necessary
Community Outreach: Assist with sponsorships to nonprofit organizations
Skills and Experience Requirement:
Possess keen attention to detail, an ability to maintain focus for sustained periods, and strong organizational and research skills.
Proficiency in InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
Strong written and oral communication skills
Social Media savvy
Currently pursuing a degree in (or equivalent experience to) one of the following: Communication, English, Computer Science, Graphic Design or Journalism.
