We are seeking for Commodities and Global Markets (CGM) Operations Analyst to join a highly collaborative and supportive team, in a fast-paced, dynamic and energetic environment.
You will be responsible of Trade Lifecycle processing and Risks Management; Updating client static data and ensure that all changes in client static information, commission rates, credit limits, confirmation delivery, custodian details and settlement instructions, etc are updated promptly and accurately; Instruments static data setup including market indexes, rates and maintenance of the static data integrity within internal systems; Liaising with external clients and the CGM Division's Marketers & Traders on technical queries; Working with both the local and global CGM Operations team to drive identification and implementation of improvements in operational processes, from a control or efficiency perspective
To be considered for this role, we want to hear from you if you have: a degree in finance or a related area, as well as relevant professional qualifications or postgraduate degrees are desirable, as is experience in banking in finance, technology, and markets operations. Strong organisational, communication and prioritisation skills.
A high degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. Enjoy working in a team environment; Enthusiastic, proactive and flexible. Ability to work well under pressure in a high-paced environment.
Strong problem solving skills and the aptitude to learn system flows. Understand the importance of controls & procedures within an operational environment. Excellent PC skills with a good understanding of MS Word & Excel.
Flexibility around work shifts and working during public holidays as required. Good customer service skills with experience in liaising with internal and external clients
