Job Summary

PHP Agency Inc., a recognized leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Commissions Processor for our Headquarters Office in Addison, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, research, and calculation of monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions from various insurance carriers to be distributed to our dedicated servicing agents. This role is focused on ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and the highest level of customer service to our internal and external clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reconcile and resolve discrepancies in revenue assignments and commission pay.

• Handle research tasks and error resolution, communicate with our field agents and internal departments to resolve problems.

• Ensure adequate troubleshooting and resolution during high-volume periods.

• Process payroll using a third-party payroll system to ensure timely pay.

• Assist agents via phone/email with commission-related inquiries as necessary and provide outstanding customer service.

• Perform additional duties as required by business needs.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills required (both written and oral).

• 1-2 years in a customer-centric business environment.

• Skillful in using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to learn internal CRM and external life insurance-related applications.

• Excellent math and organizational skills required.

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree a plus.

• 1099 Independent Contractor payroll experience a plus.
