Commissioning Manager, Civil And Structural Subject Matter Expert

At least ten years of experience performing work that is similar in scope to the work described below:

• Ensure that, Consistent with the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and conceptual design report, the strategy for completing the transition to operations scope, steps, and deliverables are robust and well-described.

• Ensure that the initial operations key performance requirements are defined, including a list of project commissioning and completion criteria.

• Verify the required permits and licenses for initial operation and/or full operation of the project have been identified.

• Ensure commissioning is addressed in project documentation with a plan to develop detailed commissioning activities.

• Ensure that the Project has identified the type of readiness review process preparation that will be required for commissioning.

• Assist the Federal Team in the commissioning activities for all assigned subprojects, particularly those Capital Asset Line-Item Construction Projects that fall under DOE O 413.3B. Requirements Experience at a NNSA or DOE nuclear site preferred Current DOE Q Clearance or be able to obtain/maintain a Q Clearance
