  To support their ongoing initiatives, we are seeking a Commissioning Agent specializing in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) aspects. This role is crucial for overseeing the commissioning process, ensuring that all CSA components are thoroughly tested and meet the highest quality standards. JOB DESCRIPTION The Commissioning Agent

• CSA will be a key player in the Operations department, working closely with the Project Management team. This role involves coordinating and managing the commissioning process for CSA elements, ensuring they are operationally ready and compliant with all specifications.
  
  The Commissioning Agent will handle on-site quality control, assist with startup preparation, and address any CSA-related issues that arise during the commissioning phase. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the commissioning process for CSA components, ensuring systems are operational and compliant with project specifications. Coordinate with trade managers and subcontractors to facilitate the startup of CSA systems and components.
  
  Conduct thorough reviews of project submittal information to verify accuracy and functionality. Organize and conduct training sessions for clients' personnel on the operation and maintenance of CSA systems. Act as the technical advisor on-site, addressing any CSA-related issues and providing guidance to project teams.
  
  Assist with the preparation and distribution of Requests for Information (RFIs) and change documents. Manage the commissioning quality control efforts and ensure safety precautions are in place before system operation. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on CSA components. Strong knowledge of CSA systems and commissioning processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Prolog, Procore, Bluebeam). Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
  
  Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and manage technical data accurately. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS LEED Accreditation or the ability to obtain within 18 months.
  
  Experience with industrial or high-tech semiconductor manufacturing projects. Familiarity with CSI specification systems for construction and design specifications.   Compensation for this position is hourly, based on experience, background, and skills.
